The XMS2-W0036ANN-01NETT0NNNN-S05RSN2NNNN0NN is a single-axis inverter drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the XMS2 ctrlX Drives series. It belongs to the ctrlX DRIVE product group and is part of the platform’s second-generation power sections. Supplied without a control panel, the unit connects to a dedicated ctrlX DRIVE control section and converts power from the common DC link into a variable three-phase output for precise motor control in automated machinery.
At a PWM frequency of 4 kHz, the drive supplies a continuous output current of 18 A and can reach a peak output current of 36 A during acceleration. The nominal DC-link voltage is 750 V, while overvoltage protection disconnects the bus at 900 V. A bus connection capacity of 120 A allows multiple inverters to share the same rail without derating. Internal power losses are limited to 169 W and are removed by an internal airflow of 36 m³/h across the heat sink. An input capacitance of 1.7 mF smooths ripple energy within the power section.
