The XMS2-W0030ANN-01AETT0NNNN-S05RSN1NNNN0NN is a single-axis inverter drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s XMS2 ctrlX Drives series. It combines the power section, control electronics, and a front-mounted operator interface in one housing. In an automation cabinet, it conditions DC bus energy and regulates motor current for precise speed, position, or torque control.
As a single-axis unit, it assigns all converter resources to one motor, which supports stable response during fine positioning. Communication is handled through a Multi-Ethernet interface, allowing the drive to work with several industrial networks without added hardware. For cycle-synchronous motion, it uses Sercos III. The integrated ctrlX DRIVE control section manages parameter entry, diagnostics, safety functions, encoder processing, and current-loop tasks.
Cooling relies on internal air cooling, so a blower moves cabinet air across the heatsink without external ducting. As a Second Generation design, the hardware uses an updated power stage to reduce switching losses.
