Product Description:
The XMS2-W0030ANN-01AETT0ECNN-S06RSN5NNNN0NN is a single-axis inverter from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s XMS2 ctrlX Drives series. It is built for second-generation ctrlX DRIVE cabinets and combines a dedicated control section with an integral control panel. Motion commands are processed through a Multi-Ethernet interface with EtherNet/IP support, while Safe Torque Off provides the hardware safety channel for controlled de-energization of the axis.
The power stage works from a nominal DC bus of 750 V and can deliver up to 30 A at a 4 kHz carrier frequency to the motor. Over-voltage detection trips at 900 V to protect the DC link, and inrush control limits current to 4 A for only 20 ms during capacitor charging. Control electronics consume 79 W, which helps keep auxiliary demand low inside compact drive cabinets.
Thermal losses are limited to 118 W, and the internal fan directs cabinet airflow through the heat sink to remove that heat efficiently. The housing is just 50 mm wide, which helps multiple axes fit in narrow enclosures without wasting panel space. This build does not include the optional multi-encoder interface or a motor connector set, and it remains an inverter-only configuration.
Wake Industrial stocks this drive, can arrange same-day shipping, and keeps quotations valid for 30 days. The chat tool available on the website can be used for general questions about type codes or fault codes. Fast availability is useful when a failed cabinet axis must be replaced quickly, and clear quoting helps planners compare lead times before placing an order during urgent maintenance windows at busy production sites.
