The XMS2-W0023ANN-02NETM5NNNN-S06RSN1NNNP5NN is a single-axis inverter from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s ctrlX Drives family. Built on the second-generation ctrlX DRIVE plus control section, it communicates with PLCs over a Multi-Ethernet network that carries Sercos III messages. The unit controls velocity, torque, and position for one motion axis in material-handling and assembly equipment.
During operation, the drive delivers a continuous current of 7.7 A at 4 kHz. For short acceleration demands, output can rise to 23 A, giving the axis added dynamic response during brief load changes. The inverter section is fed by a DC-bus connection rated at 120 A. That bus is maintained at a nominal 750 V for the power stage.
Control electronics run from an external 24 V supply, which keeps logic power separate from the main conductors.
