It combines a ctrlX DRIVE plus control section with an integrated control panel in one compact unit. The module converts DC bus energy into regulated three-phase output for servo or induction motors in fast motion systems. It is suited to multi-Ethernet machine layouts that require responsive control of position, speed, and torque on a dedicated axis.
Continuous output is rated at 7.7 A at 4 kHz switching frequency, and peak current reaches 23 A for acceleration or short shock loads. The module operates from a nominal DC link of 750 V. Its bus connection is rated for 120 A, which helps neighboring axes share regenerated energy on a common DC bus.
