The XMS2-W0023ANN-01NETT0NNNN-S04RSN1NNNN0NN is an intelligent power section from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s XMS2 ctrlX Drives series. Acting as an inverter stage inside modular motion systems, it supplies regulated current to one servo axis and links that axis to higher-level PLCs through the ctrlX automation platform. The module suits compact lines that require integrated safety, network flexibility, and fast commissioning for precise positioning and speed control.
This unit is a Single-Axis inverter, so one mechanical axis receives its full current and voltage range without shared power resources. Thermal management relies on Air, internal cooling, and an embedded blower moves cabinet air across heat-sink fins to avoid external ducting. Operation as an Inverter means the unit converts a DC bus into controlled motor output. The IP20, DC 750 V rating requires use inside an enclosed panel while supporting a high-energy drive bus. No control panel is installed, and the motor connector set is omitted so builders can select external HMI and cabling.
Network versatility comes through a Multi-Ethernet interface, while deterministic motion traffic is carried over Sercos III to keep cycle timing consistent across mixed protocols.
