The IndraControl XM21 control is equipped with a 600 MHz Intel E60T processor and a 512 MB DRAM is placed in this model. The control is designed to operate at a control voltage of 24 VDC which is generated by the power supply module. The model consumes 1 A of current and the maximum power consumption of the control is 36 W. The model comes with a remanent memory of 128 kB and an SD card of at least 1 GB can be installed into the SD card slot of the control. The IndraControl XM21 control is a part of the Indramat motion control system (IndraMotion MLC). The control can be installed up to the maximum height of 4700 m/sea level and the permissible humidity range for this unit is 5% t0 95% without condensation.

The maximum permissible temperature for this control is +60 degree Celsius up to 2000 m/sea level and at the altitude of 4700 m/ sea level the permissible temperature reduced to +45 degree Celsius. The main system of the control is based on PLC and OPC UA interface is placed in this model for performing communication. The model allows connection with the three extension modules and they can be installed without any gap via the extension bus base modules.
