The XM2201.01-01-31-31-301-NN-105N2NN Bosch Rexroth embedded control incorporates LEDs for diagnostic purposes. This control is suitable for marine as well as factory automation applications. The product features simple commissioning by means of First Touch web server. The device showcases robust and shock-resistant electromechanics. The unit supports a protection class of III in adherence with DIN EN 61010-2-201 specifications. It also has an 8kV test voltage for air discharge and a 6kV test voltage for contact discharge. In case of corrosion to its parts, the unit might not work. The control is not resistant to sulfurous gases like hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide.
The control is fitted with an Intel E660T processor that has a clocking frequency of 1.3GHz. The product comes with a transmission rate of 100Mbit/s. The device features connection support to drives, decentralized as well as standard I/Os, and other types of system peripherals through the SERCOS interface. It has a dedicated slot for the insertion of an SD card. This unit has a 24VDC SELV/PELV nominal voltage rating. The embedded control must not be modified for its CE and CSA certifications as well as its UL listing to be valid.
