The XM2200.01-01-31-31-301-NN-105NNNN controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the XM21 IndraControl Systems series. This DIN-rail device integrates PLC logic, motion coordination, and hydraulic sequencing in one node, giving machine builders a unified platform for deterministic control. In automated packaging lines, presses, or handling cells, it executes IEC-61131 programs, exchanges process data with drives, and forwards status information to supervisory systems through its embedded communication interfaces.
The embedded processor runs at 1300 MHz, and the system provides 512 MB of DDR3 RAM for user variables and operating routines. Program images reside on 1 GB of flash mass storage, while 128 kB of remanent memory retains counters and recipes during a shutdown. The controller is powered from a SELV source at 24 V DC. The electrical design conforms to Protection Class III, and the housing is rated IP20. An 1 × 1 Gbit/s Ethernet port supplies deterministic TCP/IP or EtherNet/IP links to higher-level networks, while 2 Sercos ports form real-time optical rings for drive integration.
