The XM2200.01-01-31-31-001-NN-1001NNN is a new generation controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to handle motion control in the industrial servo system. The controller is unlike conventional drive controllers in that it is manufactured by highly trained industrial technicians and can be used to control different types of industrial motor series. Before the XM2200.01-01-31-31-001-NN-1001NNN controller is supplied to the user, it is tested and certified to meet international quality standards such as the UL 61-10-2-201 safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use and also the DIN EN 61000-6-4 Electromagnetic compatibility. The controller connects to a power supply unit which provides it with the electrical power it requires for efficient operation. During operation, the controller can draw a maximum current of 1500 milliamperes for internal consumption.
The housing unit of the XM2200.01-01-31-31-001-NN-1001NNN controller features numerous communication interfaces through which the controller connects to all other parts of the industrial servo system. These interfaces include the ethernet connection, the SERCOS III master/slave connection, and the USB slots for USB connection.
