The XM2200.01-01-31-31-001-NN-111NNNN is a programmable logic controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the XM21 IndraControl Systems series. It combines a compact form factor with fieldbus connectivity so that conveyor, press, or packaging lines can be coordinated from a single embedded unit. Serving as the application processor inside an automation cabinet, the device hosts user programs, exchanges data with higher-level SCADA systems, and issues deterministic motion commands to Sercos drives.
The controller operates from a regulated 24 V DC input and uses an Intel Atom E660 1.30 GHz processor, providing consistent cycle execution for medium-sized control tasks. System memory includes 512 MB of RAM for dynamic variables, 1 GB of read-only memory for the runtime image, and 128 kB of remanent memory for retentive flags and recipes that must survive a power loss. A 1 Gbit Engineering Ethernet port allows configuration and diagnostics from a programming terminal. Two RJ45 Sercos master ports create a real-time motion ring for drives and remote I/O.
