As a programmable automation controller, it combines motion, logic, and communication tasks in one housing, allowing machine builders to coordinate distributed drives, I/O modules, and HMI stations from a single DIN-rail unit. Its Intel Atom E620T processor runs at 600 MHz, and that clock rate is paired with 512 MB DRAM so the controller can execute deterministic PLC routines while buffering real-time data. The integrated function package, listed as PLC + MOT + ROCO, activates motion control, robotics, and technology object libraries without separate licenses.
