It serves as the power and control stage for one servo axis within a ctrlX DRIVE system. The converter handles energy conversion and real-time motion commands for automated industrial machinery, allowing the connected motor to respond to speed, torque, and position commands from the control system.
Communication with higher-level controllers is provided through a Multi-Ethernet interface that supports several industrial communication protocols. The power input accepts three-phase 200–500 V AC with a tolerance of +10%/-15%, and the unit can supply up to 100 A to the motor windings. Internal air channels move heat away from the power section during operation.
