The VT1610-31-E1-4WRD10-3X is a servo amplifier manufactured by the company. This model can be used for controlling servo valves (pilot) and is designed in the Euro Card format. This servo amplifier card provides the best and most optimized performance because of an integrated PID control circuit. The proportional, integrator and derivative control circuit enable better position control capabilities and velocity circuits. The servo amplifier has the added ability to combine PD, PI, and PID controls for any circuit. This provides additional versatility in this model. This model also has three internal potentiometers that can be accessed from the front plate for quick adjustment of this model. This model comes with additional control input and is able to use it with the VE 102 and UK 2 system cards. This allows increased control capabilities as compared with a simple PID closed loop.
The VT1610-31-E1-4WRD10-3X is used with a high impedance meter for measurements. It is not recommended to use electronic equipment like radio transmitters in the vicinity of this model. This model should also not be used in areas where there are power wires close to the servo amplifier card. The servo amplifier card also comes with a voltage stabilizer that provides stable performance and comes with consistent voltage. The device is also able to provide a fast visual reference of current to the valve. This is possible with the help of a face plate mounted ammeter. The servo amplifier card can be used within ambient air temperatures of 0 °C to 50 °C and comes with a nominal coil resistance of 2000 ohms.
