The VT1600S3X1 is a high quality servo amplifier card manufactured by the company. This model has been manufactured in the Eurocard format. This model is used to control the pilot (servo valve) and does not need the LVDT feedback Model 4WS.EM and 2DS1EO for this purpose. This model is provided with an additional control input that is used for UK 2 and VE 102 system cards. This allows better control capabilities that are improved as compared to a standard PID closed loop. The servo amplifier card is also provided with three potentiometers. The potentiometers are used for quick adjustment of PID values and are accessible through the face plates. The servo amplifier is also provided with a voltage stabilizer that can provide a consistent voltage that is free from interference. This results in smooth performance over long periods of time.
The VT1600S3X1 operates on a 15 V regulated voltage supply. The servo amplifier is provided with a power supply current of less than 200 mA and is used with an internal control voltage between 0 to 10 V. This model has an output current of 60 mA and 100 mA. The dither current of this model is 340 Hz/3 mA. The card comes with a relay coil voltage of 22 V to 28 V and has a duty cycle of 1 ms. This model also comes with a nominal coil resistance of 2000 ohms. The card is provided with a PID circuit for optimum position control as well as for constant velocity circuits. This result is better performance and complete versatility.
