This arrangement allows the hydraulic stage to respond smoothly to changing analog commands from the control system. The printed circuit area measures 100 × 160 mm, and the board occupies the standard 3U vertical space, ensuring compatibility with common sub-rack hardware. A front plate height of 128 mm provides room for status LEDs, test sockets, and trim potentiometers, while a width of 8 HP keeps adjacent slots accessible for additional amplifier channels. The relay coil resistance is rated at 2000 Ω, which limits steady current and helps reduce thermal loading on neighboring modules. With a mass of 0.15 kg, the card can be inserted or removed without placing excessive stress on guide rails or connectors. The Eurocard format also supports orderly rack placement beside related control modules, and the front-access indicators allow observation and adjustment without disturbing the card inside the sub-rack.
