Product Description

The VT1600-S-3X electronic servo amplifier cards are designed and produced by Indramat and are used for administering controlled quantum of power supply to the drives. The motion controller accomplished this by managing the commands using its in-built power amplifier circuit. This card provides a constant internal voltage of 14 Volts (within a permissible 10Volts + or –variation) and 60 mA to100 mA output current. Additionally, it holds a faceplate as well as a factory-assigned voltage regulator. The card functions optimally when used within the ambient limits. The designed parameter for temperature is 0 to 50 degrees C for efficient operation of the equipment.

For a component that performs such an intricate and important function in running of the servo controllers, surprisingly the VT1600-S-3X weighs a mere 0.15 kg (or 0.33 lbs). It also has a very small form factor and functions most unobtrusively. Its supplied power input has a factory assigned value and maintains its Power Supply Current to a maximum of 200 mA. The solid-state construction quality is safe and robust and mounts the circuits and electronics parts that assist in controlling and monitoring all the inter-connected servo mechanisms. The feedback signals are continuously monitored and relevant adjustments to the continuous power output values are done instantly, ensuring the operation of all the connected drives fall within the designed parameters and values without deviations making the entire operation efficient and smooth.
