Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s VT 1610-3X/E0/4WRD16-3X is a plug-in servo amplifier card from the VT 1600 Servo Amplifiers series. Designed for DIN rail rack mounting, the module translates command voltages from motion controllers into controlled currents that drive proportional hydraulic valves. By occupying a single 5.08 mm division in a Euro-card slot, it lets multiple axes fit into a compact sub-rack while keeping wiring centralized through a 32-pole rear connector. The amplifier supports dither injection, fast duty-cycle modulation, and differential feedback, making it suitable for position, force, or pressure loops in industrial automation systems. This format also suits hydraulic control racks where several channels must be grouped in one cabinet.
Power for the analog stages arrives on the ±UL rails at ±22 to 28 V after external smoothing, and the logic circuitry uses a stable ±15 V supply.
