The VT 16000-2X-130 is a plug-in servo amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VT 1600 Servo Amplifiers series. Installed in electro-hydraulic drive cabinets, the board supplies regulated current to proportional or servo valves so that closed-loop pressure, flow, or position tasks can be carried out by the higher-level controller. It fits standard Euro cassette rails used in automation racks and is intended for applications that require quick visual adjustment and front-panel monitoring. The compact rack format keeps the valve control electronics inside the cabinet rather than in a separate housing.

Its control circuit uses a PID network that processes incoming command and feedback signals, and it superimposes a 340 Hz dither to help reduce valve stiction. Three front-accessible trim potentiometers allow proportional, integral, and derivative gains to be tuned, and the presence of 3 adjustment pots keeps routine setup straightforward. Current is delivered through a 32-pin plug that mates with standardized rack connectors, while a faceplate-mounted ammeter displays live coil current for quick verification during operation. The amplifier is intended for systems that use external pressure or position transducers, and it does not include LVDT feedback capability.

The board follows the Euro card layout, so its printed circuit area measures 100 × 160 mm and its front plate height is 128 mm. Component density is arranged across 7 divisions on the component side and 5.08 mm on the solder side, while the overall enclosure spans 8 divisions in rack width. Output switching is routed through an internal relay whose coil exhibits 2000 Ω resistance and can toggle within a 1 ms duty cycle to support fast valve changeovers. Despite these features, the card weighs only 0.15 kg, which makes handling easier during installation and service.
