It converts PLC motion commands into valve currents so that electro-hydraulic positioning and force loops can be executed accurately on production machinery. This arrangement supports precise control of hydraulic actuators during positioning, clamping, and force-regulated machine movements. Closed-loop motion is tuned with the PDT1 position controller, while additional pressure and synchronization loops help the amplifier respond to load changes and coordinated axis movement.
Each combo module within the unit provides 8 analog inputs / 4 analog outputs for sensor and transducer signals. Discrete control signals are handled through 8 digital inputs / 8 digital outputs per module, allowing local interlocks and status exchange without separate relay hardware.
