Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth Indramat produces the VT 12352-33f/1, a servo amplifier of the VT 1600 family, to precisely control industrial motion applications.
It requires a 15V regulated power supply range with the voltage regulators unplugged. Users can choose their preferred configuration when the voltage regulators are installed since the power supply voltage fluctuates between ±22V and ±28V. The VT 12352-33f/1 is energy-efficient since it consumes a power supply of less than 200 mA. Its internal control voltage ranges from 0 to ±10V to accommodate various system requirements. To deal with different kinds of loads, the amplifier offers customers output current options ranging from ±60 mA to ±100 mA. During motion control operations, the amplifier eliminates mechanical vibrations by producing a 3 mApp dither signal at 340 Hz. The amplifier provides 2000Ω nominal coil resistance and efficiently regulates relay components at 22 to 28V coil voltage with a 1ms duty cycle.
The amplifier is packed as a 100 x 160 mm Euro card (DIN 41 494), although its front plate is 3U (about 128 mm high) and has 8 HP (1 HP on the solder side and 7 HP on the component side). This gadget can tolerate temperatures ranging from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, meeting a variety of operational requirements. The device is suitable for the majority of system setups and saves space due to its 0.15 kg (0.33 lbs) size. The normal operating temperature for the VT 12352-33f/1 is between 0 and 50°C (32 and 122°F). This module improves system performance by enabling smooth PID control for both position and velocity operations.
