The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-VRPA2-2-10/V0/T5 is an amplifier card in the VT-VRPA Electric Amplifiers series. It plugs into a modular control rack and conditions command signals for proportional directional valves in automated hydraulic systems. By converting low-level reference voltages or currents into controlled solenoid power, the card acts as a precise interface between PLC logic and the movement of hydraulic actuators. This arrangement allows the control system to regulate valve position and hydraulic flow in response to programmed commands.

The card operates from a 24 VDC supply, and its circuitry remains functional down to a lower threshold of 18 V while tolerating an upper limit of 35 V. Steady-state current draw stays below 2 A, keeping total power consumption under <24 VA. Command inputs accept ±10 V signals on four separate channels, including differential referencing for improved noise immunity. A process transmitter can be connected to the dedicated 4 to 20 mA current input. A ramp generator can feed the 0 to +10 V external ramp port to control acceleration and deceleration behavior. Internally, the output stage delivers a regulated current of 0 to 2.5 A to the valve coils, aligning the current with the setpoint from the selected input. The card supports the dynamic operating requirements of the 4WRE 10...-2X proportional valve.

The Eurocard measures 100 × 160 mm, allowing it to fit compatible modular control racks without requiring an additional enclosure. A rear-edge 48-pin DIN 41612 Form F connector routes supply power, command inputs, and solenoid outputs through the backplane. The card has a net mass of 0.17 kg, which places little load on the rack guide rails and supporting hardware. Continuous operation is permitted from 0 to +50 °C, while storage is permitted from -25 to +85 °C when the card is not operating. The permitted operating range supports installation in typical industrial control cabinets without supplementary cooling.
