Product Description:

The VT-VRPA1-527-20/V0/PO-IS Electric amplifier was designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for industrial automation applications that require precision control. The analog control system allows for pressure control using an external pressure load cell and valve position control with PID behavior. Built to fit a standard 19" rack in Europe, this amplifier provides cutting-edge features ideal for tough control applications.

The zero-point adjustment range of the VT-VRPA1-527-20/V0/PO-IS amplifier is ±5% that is achieved by a trimming potentiometer. A command value attenuator (Q) and three adjustable pressure controller gains (KP, KI, and KD) are included. The amplifier has a built-in cable break detector for both the actual value and pressure sensors, and the amplifier can accept inputs from pressure sensors that are 1-6 V, 0-10 V, or 4-20 mA. A differential input, with an impedance of 100 kΩ and a voltage range of 0 to ±10 V, is used to receive the command value for the pressure controller. The position transducer supply delivers ±15 V through specific terminals, whereas the sensor supply produces +15 V at 35 mA and has an internal resistance of about 25 Ω. To decrease actuation delays and provide rapid reaction during operation, the amplifier offers fast energization and deletion operations. For better system control and dependability, it also has an external controller shut-off mechanism.

The VT-VRPA1-527-20/V0/PO-IS electric amplifier has an effective zero-point valve adjustment mechanism and outputs that are proof against short circuits. The current input range is 4-20 mA at terminal z14, and the voltage input range is 0-10 V or 1-6 V at terminal b16 for the pressure sensor. A reference voltage of 0 V is supplied to the amplifier by terminal b18. Its steady operation in automated systems is guaranteed by its capacity to manage rapid actuation and supply secure sensor connections.
