Product Description:

The VT-VRPA1-50-12 electric analog amplifier engineered by Bosch Rexroth comes with a PCB mounting option. This amplifier comprises an inbuilt power supply featuring the raised zero point. The product has three command value voltage inputs with 0 to +6 V, 0 to +9 V, and 0 to +10 V ratings. This device supports reverse polarity protection. The unit has dedicated measuring sockets for its ramp time. It also has jumpers to set the maximum ramp time. This amplifier requires its ramp times to be set to the maximum value when there is a need to use an external time potentiometer.

This product is fitted with a 2.5 A T fuse. This device depicts derated performance when there is a deviation from the ambient operating conditions. The unit portrays -25 °C to 70 °C storage temperature range. It is mandatory to use LiYCY cables with a 1.5 mm² cross-section for the solenoids if the cable length is up to 50 m. This amplifier needs both inputs to be either turned off or turned on simultaneously when its differential input is used. The product configuration is done based on the application. This device allows its zero point adjustment to be done from as low as -5% to as high as 30%. The unit features a biasing current rating of 550 mA. Its Enable input has less than 9 V voltage rating when it is not active.

This electronic analog amplifier can be considered ready to be operated only if its solenoid cables have no short circuit. The product needs a plugging of the X2 jumpers to be done at the provided position before it is installed. This device features the integration of a downstream summator in its position controller. The unit transportation and storage should be done horizontally. It is characterized by high performance.
