Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth Indramat's VT-VRPA1-100-10 Electrical amplifier is made to handle servo solenoid valves and give feedback on their position. The amplifier can be used to open pilot-operated servo solenoid valves of the type 4WRL series 3X.
The normal supply power for this VT-VRPA1-100-10 Electric amplifier is 24V DC, and it can work with voltages between 21V and 40V DC. With single-phase full-wave rectification, it can handle rectified AC power from 21V to 28V. The amplifier can handle up to 2.7A of current for NG 6 pilot valves and uses around 37W of power. A differential amplifier with a 100 kΩ input resistance may transmit a signal of around 10V. The input can come from a 10 kΩ potentiometer or an outside source. An external voltage-controlled ramp feature is included in the VT-VRPA1 amplifier. This feature may be altered through the use of differential inputs and can be turned off when it is neither required nor required. The ramp feature makes the amplifier more useful in a variety of situations. The temperature range for it to work is 0°C to +70°C, and the temperature range for storing it is -20°C to +70°C.
The VT-VRPA1-100-10 amplifier is made for use in industrial control equipment. The output has a clocked current regulator and a ±10V return signal that protects against short circuits. The open-circuit detection function adds another level of safety to the operation. The amplifier is in the shape of a Eurocard that is 100 mm by 160 mm by about 35 mm. For quick reaction times, the amplifier can quickly turn on and off electricity. It also has PID closed-loop control and outputs that can't be damaged by short circuits that makes it even more reliable.
