The VT-VRPA 1-527-1X/V0/QV is an electric amplifier card from the VT-VRPA Electric Amplifiers series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. In closed loop hydraulic drives, it conditions command and feedback signals so proportional valves receive accurately modulated coil current. That control supports precise pressure or flow regulation across industrial automation systems.

This module operates from a nominal supply of 24 V DC and, under maximum load, draws up to 1.5 A from the control cabinet power rail. Its pulse width stage can deliver a peak solenoid current of 2.7 A. That output translates to a coil power ceiling of 25 W while using a pulse modulated profile to keep switching behavior controlled. The onboard switching regulator maintains thermal dissipation within the card limit even when the connected valve is driven at full stroke.

A Eurocard footprint of 100 x 160 mm mates to a backplane through a DIN 41612-F32 connector. A front plate width of 7 TE conserves rack space in multipoint servo manifolds.
