Product Description:

All the products in Bosch Rexroth’s portfolio are notable for their futuristic design and innovative technology. They are found in various engineering fields, including pneumatics, robotics, and industrial hydraulics. The company is the creator of the VT-VPCD digital controller amplifiers.

The VT-VPCD-1-1X/V100/1-0-1 is a model of the digital controller amplifiers built for operating axial piston pumps of type A4VS with HS4 control by Bosch Rexroth. It features digital inputs for calling pre-set parameters and analog inputs for command and actual values. With a weight of 0.2kg, the lightweight device is easy to install and does not require any special tools for installation. LEDs indicate its operating status, but a display on its front panel is an alternative for this. This display allows its two measuring sockets to be configured using four keys, which can also be used to parameterize the device. It shows error messages and guides users through the process of fault rectification. The free BODAC software tool for PC by Bosch Rexroth is another option for parameterizing and commissioning the amplifier.

Since it is designed as a double-sided printed circuit board in the Euro-card format, the VT-VPCD-1-1X/V100/1-0-1 is 100mm wide and 160mm long. Its permissible operating voltage is 24 VDC with an allowance between +40% to –10%, while its maximum current consumption value is 2A. The amplifier’s connector is a 64-pin male connector based on the DIN 41 612, form G. It is equipped with an RS232 interface with a 9-pin D-sub socket to aid its parameterization with the BODAC software tool. It also has ramp times for swivel angle and pressure command values and a mooring capability.
