The VT-VPCD-1-1X/V0/1-0-1 is an electronic plug-in card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-VPCD Drives series. Inside automated equipment, the module converts operator or controller analog references into drive-ready signals and forwards status information upstream, acting as an interface layer between machine control logic and power electronics. This arrangement allows control commands and operating feedback to pass between the rack and the connected drive without requiring a separate interface module.
The card operates within a supply window from 21 V to 30 V during normal use. Under maximum load, the circuitry draws 3.5 A, so cabinet power reserves must account for this peak. The analog input presents 100 kΩ of resistance, reducing loading on delicate control sources and helping preserve signal fidelity.
