Product Description:

There are many trendsetting products in Bosch Rexroth’s portfolio, built to optimize efficiency in different aspects of engineering, such as pneumatics and hydraulics. The company is the brain behind the VT-VPCD series of digital closed-loop control electronics for axial piston pumps.

The VT-VPCD-1-11/V0/1-0-1 is a digital controller amplifier card in the VT-VPCD series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a compact and lightweight device that supports the HS4 control by implementing the electrical functions required for its operation. The amplifier is one of the digital closed-loop control electronics for axial piston pumps A4VS with HS4 control and A2V with EO4 control. It is built as a double-sided printed circuit board in the Euro-card format with standard dimensions of 100mm width and 160mm length. Its primary function is to work with the HS4 control to ensure the electrohydraulic closed-loop control of swivel angle and pressure and limit the power of variable displacement axial piston pumps. It has a clocked, current-regulated output stage and mooring capability.

LEDs on the VT-VPCD-1-11/V0/1-0-1 notify its users of its operating states in real-time. They are also useful tools for fault identification and rectification. Fault monitoring on the amplifier protects it from potentially damaging conditions. These faults include short-circuit, system deviation, and cable break in actual swivel angle value acquisition. Another feature of this VT-VPCD model that promotes user interaction is the display on its front panel. It simplifies its parameterization and is used to configure its two measuring sockets; faults are also shown on this display. The operation of this digital controller amplifier card requires a supply voltage of 24 VDC with +40% to –10% tolerance.
