The VT-HNC100-2-3X/P-I-E0/000 is a Bosch Rexroth VT-HNC100 series digital NC control. It is a version of the NC control that is designed for control of 2 hydraulic axes. The VT-HNC100 series includes NC controls designed for control of 1, 2, 3 or 4 hydraulic axes. The VT-HNC100-2-3X/P-I-E0/000 supports several features including TCP/IP, incremental/SSI position transducer and Profibus DP bus connection. Included within the scope of delivery are mating connectors for X1S (Type Phoenix Mini Combicon 3-pole), X2D (Type Phoenix Micro Combicon 8-pole or Phoenix Mini Combicon 12-pole), X2A (Type Phoenix Micro Combicon 8-pole or HD-SUB 15-pole), X8M (Type Phoenix Micro Combicon 8-pole or HD-SUB 15-pole). Recommended accessories that operators can order separately include RS-232 to USB converter and serial interface cable. The VT-HNC100-2-3X/P-I-E0/000 is powered by a 32-bit power PC microprocessor.

The NC control weight is 690 grams. The NC control dimensions are 120 x 88 x 118 millimeters. The VT-HNC100-2-3X/P-I-E0/000 includes clips for installation on top hat rail TH 35-7.5 or TH 35-15 according to EN 60715. The NC control device is tested at the Bosch plant and is supplied with default settings. Only complete units can be repaired. The repaired units will be supplied with default settings. User-specific settings are not maintained. The operator will have to re-transfer the corresponding user parameters and programs. If electromagnetic interference is expected during operating, appropriate measures must be taken to safeguard the function (depending on the application, e.g. screening, filtration). Adjacent units must not conceal the upper and lower ventilation slots on the VT-HNC100-2-3 X/P-I-E0/000 in order to provide for sufficient cooling. Working temperature range for the NC control is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
