The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-24-C-0 is a digital axis control model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in the HNC100, Component 2x series. It is a variant for one hydraulic axis and is suited for wall mounting because of its housing design. This device has 24 digital inputs and outputs each and can be operated at a nominal voltage between 18V DC and 36V DC. It features the CANopen interface for achieving higher-level control with other system components. This field bus interface can be conveniently configured using the WIN-PED 5 Bus Manager. The WIN-PED 5 is a PC-compatible software tool that can also be used to program and set the digital axis control unit. The device is a programmable NC control device for a closed-loop controlled axis and supports the control of hydraulic and electric drives. It is equipped with an RS232 serial interface for serial data communication with a maximum Baud rate of 9 Kbaud.
