The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-24-C-0 is a digital axis control model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in the HNC100, Component 2x series. It is a variant for one hydraulic axis and is suited for wall mounting because of its housing design. This device has 24 digital inputs and outputs each and can be operated at a nominal voltage between 18V DC and 36V DC. It features the CANopen interface for achieving higher-level control with other system components. This field bus interface can be conveniently configured using the WIN-PED 5 Bus Manager. The WIN-PED 5 is a PC-compatible software tool that can also be used to program and set the digital axis control unit. Additionally, it provides several options to display process data, digital inputs, outputs and flags.
An extensive range of monitoring features is built into the VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-24-C-0 to protect it from potentially damaging conditions. These include dynamic following error monitoring, assessment of range limits using electronic limit switches, and cable break monitoring for incremental and SSI encoders.
