The VT-HNC100-1-1X/260 is used for a closed loop controlled axis and is an easily programmable NC control system. The system can be used for controlling electrical devices and is also used for controlling hydraulic drives with specific control requirements. This numerically controlled device finds its applications in many industry areas. It is used in rail bound vehicles and is also used with transfer lines. This model is also suitable for use with plastics processing machines, special machines, machine tools, and hydraulic presses. The users can program the system by using a PC. In addition, the device has its own NC program for executing function sequences. The system is able to comfortably administer PC data and is also able to swiftly change data by using a handheld control box BB-3.

The VT-HNC100-1-1X/260 is provided with various processing interfaces including multiple digital inputs and outputs in addition to the Profibus DP, INTERBUS-S, and CANopen interfaces. The system is provided with an incremental or absolute encoder (SSI) and the hydraulic axis operates on an analog 0 to 10 V power connection. The system is also provided with freely configurable controller variants as well. The VT-HNC100-1-1X/260 operates by creating application specific data sets. The data sets are then generated on a PC and then sent to the device by using the serial interface. The configuration tasks for this model can be easily performed using the PC program ‘WIN-PED’. The program has been created for the diagnostics, setting, and programming of the device. This model is also provided with a state of the art position controller with synchronization control. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
