The VT-HNC100-1-1X/134 is a digital axis control unit with an integrated axis controller designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a hydraulic controller used for a wide range of control functions, including position control, pressure control, velocity control, and force control. This device weighs 0.6kg and requires a nominal voltage of 24V DC for its operation. Its housing is composed of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide plastic and is only partly resistant to ultraviolet rays. According to EN 60529, it is a product of protection class IP 20, indicating that solid extrinsic objects of 12mm diameter or more cannot penetrate it to cause damage. This device has a booting time of less than 15 seconds between its start-up and the activation of the position control system.
