The VT-HNC100-3-3X-P-I-00-G03 is a digital axis controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. Intended for hydraulic motion systems, it serves as the core of a Digital NC HNC100 installation by sequencing valves and feedback devices so that multiple cylinders move in coordinated profiles. Its assigned task is to close the position and pressure loops of three independent cylinders, allowing a PLC to issue high-level commands while the controller manages deterministic axis behavior.
This model is supplied for 3 hydraulic axes, and each axis provides two differential analog current channels plus two analog voltage channels for sensor acquisition.
