Because it is delivered without a bus connection, all real-time exchange occurs through a dedicated Ethernet channel that moves 992 bytes of cyclic I/O during each scan. A 32-bit PowerPC processor executes closed-loop code with a minimum cycle time of 2 ms, keeping valve commands coherent with sensor feedback. Every channel provides 11 digital I/O points per axis for limit sensing or safety interlocks, and incremental encoder pulses can be evaluated up to 250 kHz to support fine positional resolution.
