Product Description:
The VT-HNC100-3-33/P-I-E0/000 is an axis controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. It executes closed-loop motion tasks on hydraulic machinery within a PLC-based automation cell. The controller coordinates valve commands, sensor feedback, and diagnostic data to regulate hydraulic motion accurately.
This controller is supplied with support for three hydraulic axes, allowing one module to manage three independent hydraulic cylinders without external expansion. The unit is delivered without a bus connection, so it does not connect directly to a higher-level fieldbus network. Two onboard RJ-45 jacks provide two Ethernet ports that expose the service interface through TCP/IP for configuration and remote diagnostics. Each I/O slot provides 11 digital I/O points per slot, along with two current inputs, two voltage inputs, and one current output. This arrangement accommodates pressure transducers and other process sensors while providing setpoints to proportional valves. Slots 1 and 2 each include two voltage outputs, while slot 3 includes one voltage output for command references. The component series 3 electronics operate without synchronization coupling to peer drives, making the controller suitable for standalone hydraulic stations.
The encoder supply stage provides +24 Venc and +5 Venc power rails, along with a +10 Vref reference signal. These connections allow compatible TTL and differential transducers to receive power directly from the controller. Up to 20 digital outputs are available when all local points are populated, providing discrete control signals for pump enable circuits, alarm beacons, and solenoid relays. The controller does not include an inductive position sensor interface, so an external interface is required when that type of feedback is used. Its voltage outputs follow the ±10 V convention commonly used by proportional stages. Because the unit does not provide synchronization coupling, the internal processing cycle governs the timing of each controlled axis.
