The controller regulates valve currents and processes transducer feedback so that presses, die-casting cells, and test stands can follow programmed motion profiles with short response times. Because it works with hydraulic feedback devices and proportional valves, it can coordinate both commanded travel and actual axis response within the same control task.

The controller version handles 2 hydraulic axes, making it suitable for dual-cylinder arrangements or synchronized slides. A loop time of 2 ms gives the control section a fast update rate for motion and pressure regulation. A 100 Mbit/s full-duplex Ethernet interface supports high-speed data transfer, while the incremental encoder input accepts edge frequencies up to 250 kHz so fine position changes can be processed without loss. Analog command signals are read with a resolution of 5 mV across a 200 kΩ ±5% input, which helps reduce loading on the signal source.
