The VT-HNC100-2-2X/M-16-0-0 is a durable and highly sophisticated digital axis controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed, position and operational pressure of hydraulic drives used in these industrial machines. This digital axis controller is manufactured under ideal industrial conditions, its housing unit contains a high metal content and can provide it with protection that meets the IP20 protection class, this housing is also covered by a special black coating that functions to protect the controller from the rapid deterioration that can be caused by direct contact between the controller’s housing and liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, and seawater.
The configuration and diagnosis of the VT-HNC100-2-2X/M-16-0-0 industrial controller during operation can be carried out through the use of an application-specific data sheet which is generated on a personal computer and sent to the controller through the serial interface cable. Although this serial interface cable is not supplied with the controller itself, it can be easily ordered by the industrial operator as a separate unit.
