Product Description:

The VT-HNC100-1-3X/P-I-E0/000 is a digital axis controller produced by Rexroth Indramat according to the internationally accepted rules of technology. This controller is designed to carry out the open-loop and closed-loop control of the position, pressure, velocity, and differential pressure of electro-hydraulic drives used in industrial production and processing systems. The application of this digital control unit is very safe and straightforward, however, this safety is only guaranteed if the control unit is used according to the instructions stated in the documentation of the device, Rexroth Indramat will not be responsible for any industrial accident caused by the wrong handling of the digital controller.  The VT-HNC100-1-3X/P-I-E0/000 controller is intended exclusively for integration into a machine or to be assembled with other components to form a machine.

The VT-HNC100-1-3X/P-I-E0/000 is designed for use in rough industrial environments as regards interference, mechanical vibration, shock resistance, and climatic resistance. The housing of the controller is also covered with a special coating that prevents the direct interaction between the controller’s housing and liquid substances that can cause the rapid deterioration of the controller. For the configuration and diagnosis, a special PC program (WIN-PED 7) can be used, this program is available as a free download on the website of Rexroth Indramat. Instructions on the correct way to use this program with the controller are described in the first chapter of the documentation of the motor.

The VT-HNC100-1-3X/P-I-E0/000 industrial motor is also provided with a number of digital and analog transducer interfaces and input-output units through which it communicates with all other parts of the servo system. A bus system is also available for communication between this industrial controller and the superior control. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
