The VT-HNC100-1-2X-W-24-0-C is a digital axis controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. Intended for hydraulic motion control, it converts numerical setpoints into precise current and voltage commands that drive proportional valves while supervising feedback from encoders or pressure transducers. By integrating HNC100 digital NC control in a single wall-mounted module, the unit removes the need for an external motion card in presses, test rigs, and other automated stations. This layout supports compact installation where accurate axis positioning and stable valve control are required.
This configuration is the version for 1 hydraulic axis, and it operates autonomously because it is supplied without a bus connection to higher-level field networks. Two analog stages provide 2 current output channels, while the measurement front end offers 4 voltage input channels with an input impedance of 200 kΩ ±2% and a resolution of 5 mV. Internal processing accepts encoder feedback up to 250 kHz from incremental sources and up to 28 bits from SSI transducers.
