In line with its legacy of innovation and efficiency, Bosch Rexroth designed the digital axis controls of the HNC100 series to solve multiple challenges. They are versatile control units used in several applications, including presses, rail-bound vehicles, transfer lines, and machine tools.
The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-24-0-C is a model of the digital axis control units in Bosch Rexroth’s HNC100 series. It belongs to Component Series 2x (20 to 29) and is built for one hydraulic axis. This programmable NC control device is for a closed-loop controlled axis and is ideal for controlling hydraulic and electric drives. It operates with a nominal voltage between 18V DC and 36V DC and has a power consumption rating of 8W. The device also features an EEPROM 8 KB internal memory where R parameters can be stored and Flash EPROM (1MB) with 256KB RAM. Its housing supports wall mounting, and it has 24 digital inputs and outputs each.
