The VT-HNC100-1-2X-W-08-S-0-ENDA is a digital axis controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. It supervises hydraulic servo-driven machinery by processing numerical commands and driving valves so a single actuator moves to precise positions and forces. Used inside presses, die-casting cells, or plastic-molding equipment, the module provides closed-loop motion control and industrial networking capabilities that replace discrete analog cards with one integrated platform.
Internally, the controller is configured for 1 hydraulic axis, so its control logic and feedback loops expect a single linear or rotary cylinder. Sensor and actuator signals are routed through eight analog channels: there are 4 analog current inputs with a 100 Ω ±0.2% shunt suited to ±20 mA transducers, and 4 analog voltage inputs that present 200 kΩ ±2% impedance to minimize loading.
