The VT-HNC100-1-2X-W-08-0-B is a digital axis controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. It commands one hydraulic cylinder in closed-loop position or velocity applications, converting electronic setpoints into proportional valve motion for presses, die-casting cells, and laboratory rigs. By combining analog and digital I/O with onboard processing, the device supervises cylinder movement and relays status information to higher-level PLCs through a serial service link. This layout supports precise hydraulic motion where repeatable valve response and direct feedback handling are required.

It is configured for 1 hydraulic axis, so its internal control loops and parameter sets are intended for a single proportional valve bank. Four voltage input channels accept command or feedback signals, four voltage output channels drive valve electronics, and two current outputs support magnet-actuated devices.
