The configuration of this industrial controller is done through the use of the WIN-PED PC program which can be ordered as a separate unit or downloaded from the internet. Personal computers used for the configuration of this controller should feature at least 8 MB of Random Access Memory, 10 megabytes of hard disk space and an intel 80286 internal processor. Also, this configuration should be carried out by highly trained engineers according to the instructions stated in the documentation supplied with the axis controller.
Apart from controlling the operation of the hydraulic axis, the VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-08-P-0/INK2 also carries out monitoring functions such as dynamic error monitoring, cable break monitoring for incremental and SSI encoder, and cable break monitoring for sensors with about 4 to 20 milliampere output.
