The VT-HNC100-1-2X-M-08-P-0 is a digital axis controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. By interfacing valves, sensors, and higher-level PLCs, it enables deterministic closed-loop control in automated manufacturing and test stations.

This module regulates 1 hydraulic axis, concentrating computational resources on precise loop execution. Machine communication occurs over Profibus DP, with telegram throughput up to 12 MBaud to minimize cycle delays. Control algorithms run on a 16/32-bit MC68376 microcontroller, which also updates the two current output channels that drive proportional valves. Working data are retained in 256 KB of battery-backed RAM, while the operating code resides in 1 MB of flash EPROM so the application remains available after power loss.
