The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-08-P-0 is a digital axis controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to carry out the closed-loop control of hydraulic drives used in industrial production and processing systems. This controller is manufactured under ideal industrial conditions, it features a unique housing that provides a high degree of protection against vibration, shock, and climate conditions, allowing it to maintain a high operational efficiency even when it is used in harsh industrial conditions. This axis controller is also covered with a special coating resistant against liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis and seawater, the application of this coating prevents the rapid deterioration of the controller’s housing allowing it to remain at an optimal condition for a long period of time. The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-08-P-0 is compatible with a wide range of industrial applications such as hydraulic presses, rail-bound vehicles, transfer lines, and even plastic processing machines.
The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-08-P-0 digital axis controller features about 8 digital input and output interfaces through which it receives information from all other parts of the industrial servo system, this exchange of information is controlled by the Profibus field bus system.
