The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-08-I-0 is a digital axis control unit used for the drive axis that is close-loop controlled. The NC controlled device is also used to meet specific requirements relating to the control of hydraulic and electrical drives. This model has been built for high performance in all areas where the ambient conditions are tough. This model has been designed according to the latest EC directives adopted in the industry for ensuring climate proof-ness, resistance to shock and vibrations, and electrical interference. The system can be used in machine tools, plastic processing machines, special machinery, rail bound vehicles, presses, and transfer lines. It is possible to program this model with the help of a PC based software. The system uses the “WIN-PED” software for configuration, diagnostics, setting, and programming.
The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-08-I-0 has its own NC program for function sequences. A local CAN bus is also available for parameterizing several units of this digital control axis. This model is provided synchronization control for 2 axes. The system has its own pressure, position, and speed controllers. The advanced position controller used in this model has state feedback and a linear gain characteristic curve. With the directed dependent gain adjustment, this model is able to better control the positioning. The controller is also capable of position dependent braking. The device is also able to evaluate pressure with the help of its differential pressure controller. The velocity is controlled with a PI velocity controller.
