The VT-HNC100-1-2X-M-08-I-0 digital axis controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series. It is intended to command proportional or servo valves on an individual hydraulic axis, converting numeric setpoints into flow-controlled motion. Within an automation cell, the controller sits between a PLC and the drive hydraulics, generating accurately timed current or voltage signals so that cylinders follow programmed positions and forces. The unit follows the Digital NC control HNC100 architecture, providing a compact interface for closed-loop electro-hydraulic tasks.

Function blocks inside the controller are matched to a version for a single hydraulic axis, so all feedback, command, and error channels are dedicated to one drive. Runtime variables execute from 256 KB of battery-buffered RAM, while the omission of an inductive position sensor keeps the board layout streamlined.
