The VT-HNC100-1-1X/234/5 digital axis control provided by Bosch Rexroth is used in presses and transfer systems. This control handling and/or mounting must be done as intended for safety purposes. The product features CE conformity as per EMC 2004/108/EC directives. The device offers a closed-loop position or force control. The protection class and voltage supply of the unit must be taken into consideration during its initial commissioning. Its IP address is set with a PROFINET RT or a PROFIBUS DP interface. The control software has multiple functions for ease of use of the axis control. The software features several dialog functions to set the machine data in online as well as offline mode.
