The VT-HNC100-1-1X/150 is a model of the HNC100 digital axis control units for closed-loop controlled axes designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a monitoring system that detects harmful conditions such as overcurrent of 24V sensor voltages and digital outputs, undervoltage, and short-circuit monitoring for analog/digital outputs. Its housing is made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide plastic and is resistant to ultraviolet rays within safe exposure limits. The control device is designed to be installed within a control cabinet, ensuring maximal space optimization. This control cabinet features cooling slots that promote the efficient dissipation of heat from the device.
With its IP 20 Ingress Protection rating per EN 60529, the VT-HNC100-1-1X/150 cannot be damaged by the entry of solid extrinsic objects of 12mm or more. The designated nominal voltage for its use is 24V DC, and it weighs 0.6kg. It features a slot for an SD card with the SPI bus connection where the PLC program is stored. It can be used to achieve control functions such as position control, velocity control, pressure control, force control, and alternating control in hydraulic and electric drives.
