It features four analog position inputs, eight free analog inputs, and supports control output of plus or minus 10 volts or 4 to 20 milliamps. The unit comes with two drive outputs, two auxiliary outputs, and is housed in a 19 inch Euro-Card aluminum casing.
Internal Product Review
The VT-HNC100-1-1X-133-DGM051 is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat digital axis controller configured for 1 hydraulic axis and built around PDT1 position control. PIDT1 pressure control and a ±10 V or 4 to 20 mA control output support accurate hydraulic response and flexible system tuning. Support for 2 synchronization axes and an Endat interface makes this unit a capable choice for precise motion coordination.

Product Description:
The VT-HNC100-1-1X-133-DGM051 is a digital axis controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series and the Digital NC control HNC100 product line. It is built for one hydraulic axis, so a single cylinder can be positioned and pressure-controlled with closed-loop accuracy. A 32-bit CPU executes motion and pressure commands for presses, injection machines, and test rigs that use compact electro-hydraulic control.
The card accepts 8 free analog inputs for temperature, flow, or other auxiliary feedback, while 4 analog position inputs connect to displacement transducers on the hydraulic actuator. Process monitoring also includes 4 pressure inputs for piezoresistive or strain-gauge transmitters, and command signals leave the controller through a ±10 V or 4 to 20 mA control output for servo or proportional amplifiers. In addition, 2 drive outputs can energize valve stages, while the internal PDT1 position controller and PIDT1 pressure controller calculate corrections from the incoming feedback. Digital feedback can also be connected through SSI, TTL, VSS, or EnDat channels. The unit is supplied without an inductive position sensor, so an external linear scale or another compatible sensor must be provided when that input type is needed.
Installation uses a 19-inch Euro-card aluminum housing that slides into a rack through DIN connectors. For multi-cylinder machinery, the backplane can share timing and position data with synchronization axes on other cards. Machine I/O mapping is expanded through 2 auxiliary outputs that can switch pilot valves or signal alarms. Absolute feedback can be connected through the dedicated 1 EnDat interface when very fine position resolution is required. Parameters are edited with the Win-PED platform under Windows 9x or later.
