The Bosch Rexroth VT-HNC100-1-1X/132/13 is a digital axis control. It has been manufactured according to the accepted rules of current technology. However, there is still the risk of injury and damage to property if operators do not observe safety instructions in the product documentation. Bosch only allows operation of the digital control in a technically immaculate condition and as intended, in a safety- and risk-conscious manner. The digital control must not be used in explosive environments. It is designed for professional and not for private use. Any use deviating from the intended use is improper and thus not admissible. Bosch Rexroth does not assume any liability for damages caused by unintended use. The user assumes all risks involved with unintended use. Operators should use accessories and spare parts authorized by the manufacturer.
Operators must only commission the product when they are sure that the end product (for example a machine or system) where the Rexroth product is installed complies with the country-specific provisions, safety regulations and application standards. With regard to immunity to interference, mechanical resistance to vibration and shock, the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132/13 is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It conforms to EC Directives (CE mark). Operators can program the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132/13 from a PC, from own NC program for function sequences and from the local CAN bus. The computer software for programming is available on the manufacturer website for free download. It can also be ordered separately on a CD. The software – WIN-PED – runs on a Windows compatible computer with Intel80286 or better processor, 8 megabytes of RAM and 10 megabytes free disk space. Nominal supply voltage for the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132/13 is 24 Volts DC. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
